Morgan was instrumental in helping us both find the perfect home to purchase and selling our existing home. His knowledge of vastly different markets was impressive (we purchased in a rural suburb and sold in a busy urban market), but what really makes Morgan stand out is his people skills. His  ability to communicate and smooth any choppy waters during the negotiation process was instrumental in us keeping our sanity as we managed the buying/selling process for the first time. He always responded to questions, never pushed us to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with, but also provided excellent advice whenever we were unsure. I wouldn’t use anyone else if we ever go through this process again.
