Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the town we bought our house in. He made sure to point out the flaws of each house we looked at, which is really helpful, especially with old houses. We ended up purchasing a short sale, and the process took 8 months. Morgan took care of a lot of things  along the way, including being there for the fire inspection, something normally handled by the sellers. I would definitely recommend him.
