Morgan Chen was wonderful to work with and was essential to our success buying and selling a house. We couldn’t have been happier. Our home-buying process was with difficult sellers and Morgan was relaxed; he negotiated with ease and kept us out of the tough stuff so we could focus on the fun  stuff. Similarly, he helped us sell a house and made it look easy. Our house was in contract 48 hours after going on the market and the rest of the house-selling process was just as easy. He got back to us quickly and often came by to check in. So much so that our young children knew him by name. He was great to work with and I’d call him again in the unlikely event that we need to.
