If you are reading this review to help decide on whether or not Morgan is the right guy for you to help you in your home buying process, I’ll tell you that he is! My spouse and I recently purchased our first home with Morgans guidance. We knew little except for the basics about the process. We were also skeptical about who we found to help us. Morgan was referred to us by a close friend and after the first home we toured we knew exactly why he was suggested to us with such high regard. We all know realtors work on commission and that can add a level of distrust to the process. We wanted to know that who we had helping us had our best interest in mind. Morgan did that for sure. He cares about educating his clients and finding them the best home because for one, he’s a genuinely good dude haha, but also he understands how much finding the right home means for people. It’s clear that he has a passion for what he is doing. His knowledge about the area and kinds of things to look out for (pros and cons) have clearly been built over time. He’s experienced and intelligent and has a great friendly demeanor. Maybe the most important thing was his ability to keep us calm and focused during the process. It can be lengthy, and frustrating if not discouraging at times, yet he kept positive and was able to keep our spirits hopeful and positive. Morgan rocks! Use this guy to find your new home!
