The biggest help Morgan provided to me was post attorney review when we need to request the repair items to the seller. He advised me to prioritize and get the essentials fixed, that turned out to make the process very smooth. Overall I am very satisfied with Morgan’s services. I’d say it makes a huge difference if you have the best helping you. (I had very frustrating experiences with another agent before I had someone referred Morgan to me.)
