We purchased our first home with Morgan, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Morgan is resourceful, patient, and consistently responsive, and he coordinated really well with all of the other folks involved in our home purchase (e.g., seller’s agent, attorney, home inspector). As stressful as buying a home can be–especially in this market–we always felt confident that Morgan was on top of everything and that nothing was going to slip through the cracks. Case in point: we had a hiccup with the city’s occupancy inspection a few days before closing, and Morgan was fully on it, even driving 25 minutes to hand deliver a crucial form to the city late on a Friday afternoon. As a small aside, my partner and I are queer and I’m trans, and we both felt really comfortable working with Morgan. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
