After over 18 months of house-hunting with another realtor and a lost deal, we decided to switch to Morgan and it was the best thing we could have done. He took the time to get to know us, our criteria and pushed us to see homes so that, as a team, we would be able to easily identify THE ONE. He  was professional and reliable. Each time we viewed homes he sent us an itinerary and home info beforehand which was very helpful. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to construction and he’d give us insight into potential problems. He’s always accessible via phone or email. He was patient with my two kids when they came along with us to view homes. He is an overall nice guy who wants to help people find the right home. We have ours, thanks to Morgan, and we highly recommend him.
