We had an awesome first time home buying experience with Morgan. Every house viewing was worthwhile because Morgan taught us every detail of what to look for/what to look out for. He was very transparent & willing to explain in detail. We never felt pressured to buy a home. Morgan was totally  cool with going back to the drawing boards & seeing more properties. Ultimately we bought a house that I never would have thought to visit. It’s perfect for us & we may not have found it had we gone with another realtor. The closing process was pretty quick & painless. Negotiations went smoothly. We walked away with a good deal. Morgan recommended a really thorough house inspector, which also helped a lot. I would definitely buy a house with Morgan again. I’m not sure I would trust anybody else.
