Morgan Chen is what you’d call a “go-to guy”. He has a firm understanding of all the nuances of real estate sales, and delivers this knowledge in a personable, clear way. Morgan is also an active community member, so his expertise is not as a distanced salesman. He knows properties, he knows banks,  he knows the closing process, and he knows neighborhoods. I have been a party to several home closings, and have not felt the enthusiasm as strongly as with Morgan. I purchased a home through Morgan 5 years ago, and I know that I can rely on him again when the time is right. In fact, I still ask him a question or two every now and again, and he always responds promptly and graciously.
