After two years plagued by flaky sellers, flooded basements, and houses with permit issues, my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel and give up our search for the right house to call our own. When we met Morgan, his knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping us find a home was a  relief and much needed inspiration. He went out with us multiple times on a weekly basis, scoured listings for houses that might appeal to us, and went above and beyond when we finally found the house we ended up buying. He made himself available well after normal business hours to accommodate our hectic work schedules, as well as sacrificed his own personal time to hand-deliver a letter to the seller that ultimately sealed the deal.
