Sometimes with real estate agents, you feel like you are dealing with a used car salesman. We used Morgan as our dual-agent and would highly recommend him to others in central NJ. He not only helped us to sell our home in Sayreville, but also helped us close on our new home in Flemington, all in about 12-weeks from our initial listing. Our first house fell through due to a sketchy seller. As first time home-buyers we were discouraged, but Morgan encouraged us to keep hunting. Within a week we were bidding on the home that we ultimately purchased.Morgan is honest and knowledgeable. As a buyer looking to relocate from NY to NJ, Having Morgan as my agent proved to be my most valuable resource he came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I found Morgan through another agent. My guess is that it is rare for an agent to be liked by other agents and clients but Morgan is. Morgan is great. He has a calm head which is great when making the largest purchase of one’s life. Becaue I live in Highland Park, I can only speak to Morgan’s  knowledge of Highland Park and its real estate market.
