  Selling a house is never easy (especially for a first-time seller). Selling the house in which you grew up and was left to you by your parent after their death is even harder. Morgan Chen did everything and then some to make this process as smooth and easy as possible for my sister and me. He handled everything – comps, listing, information about inspections, scheduled inspections, talked with township utilities, and more. When it came time to consider offers, he walked us through what constituted a fantastic offer vs a good one (cash, mortgages, etc). He is amazingly responsive but more important, kind and patient. It was in fact an offhand comment he made at an open house for what would eventually become my home that changed the nature of the search I was conducting (I had been looking at townhomes, but his honest opinion was that in my target neighborhood a house would be a better deal). When asked, he will tell you what he truly thinks, but he’s very cognizant of giving buyers all the relevant options as well as the time and space to reach their own conclusions.
